- German hospitals are legally required to publish structured quality reports on the procedures they perform. A clinic's record is a public document, which is how we choose one for you rather than guessing.
- Cancer care runs through certified centres
- Oncology centres are certified against published standards, and treatment decisions are made by a tumour board - several specialists agreeing on a plan, not one doctor deciding alone.
- Specialists train for a long time
- A German consultant completes six years of medical school and then five to six years of supervised specialty training before holding the title. The depth is the point.
- A second opinion is normal here
- Asking another specialist to review a proposed operation is an established part of German practice, not an insult to the first doctor.
- Newer treatments and trials
- Therapies and clinical trials that have not yet reached your country are often accessible, which for some oncology cases is the whole reason to travel.
- Short waits for diagnostics
- Imaging and laboratory work that takes weeks to schedule in many public systems is usually arranged within days of your arrival.
How it works

The process is the same whether you are planning a check-up months ahead or you were diagnosed last week. Urgent cases move through it faster, not differently.

Your diagnosis, any imaging and laboratory results you have, and what you already know. Photographs of paper documents are fine.
- STEP 02
A physician reads it
We translate what is needed and have your case reviewed in Germany, then come back to you with questions if anything is missing.

You get a plan and a price
A clinic recommendation, the treatment being proposed, and a written cost estimate from the clinic - before you commit to anything.
- STEP 04
We arrange the journey
Clinic invitation letter, visa paperwork, appointment scheduling, flights, transfers, accommodation for you and the family member travelling with you, and an interpreter at every appointment.
- STEP 05
Treatment, then home
We stay with the case through treatment and hand over a discharge summary your own doctors can act on, then follow up after you are home.

German clinics issue a written cost estimate for international patients before admission.

No appointment, no flight, and no deposit is arranged until you have read the plan and the price and said yes.

You are being asked to send your medical records to strangers in another country. These are the commitments that hold whether or not you ever meet us.
We will tell you not to come
If your treatment is available at home at the same standard, or if travelling would cost you time you do not have, we say so. A patient who should not fly is not a lost sale.
Your records go only where they are needed
Documents you send are shared with the reviewing physician and the clinic considering your case, and with nobody else. No records are passed to third parties for marketing, ever.
One person owns your case
You get one coordinator by name, reachable in your own time zone, from your first message until after you are back home. You never re-explain your case to a new voice.

Do I pay for the case review?
No. Sending your records, having a physician read them, and getting our honest assessment is free. You pay only when you accept a treatment plan, and by then you have the clinic's written estimate and our fee in front of you.
Who sees my medical records?
The physician reviewing your case and the clinic being considered for your treatment. Nobody else. We do not sell or share patient data, and we do not publish anything about your case without your written consent.
My case is urgent. How fast can you move?
Tell us in your first message that it is urgent and your case is reviewed ahead of the queue. For acute oncology cases, first appointments in Germany can often be arranged within days of a clinic accepting the case - the honest limit is usually the visa, which is why we start that paperwork immediately.
Do I need to speak German or English?
No. We work with you in Russian or Indonesian, and an interpreter is with you at your appointments. Your discharge documents are explained to you in a language you read comfortably.
What about the visa?
A German medical visa needs a clinic invitation, proof that treatment costs are covered, and travel insurance. We obtain the clinic invitation and prepare the paperwork for you, including for one family member travelling with you. The decision itself always rests with the German mission in your country.
What if the clinic says treatment is not possible?
Then you hear that, in writing, before you have spent money on travel. Where a second centre may see the case differently we will say so and ask them. Where the honest answer is that nothing more can be done surgically, we do not sell you a flight.
Can my family travel with me?
Yes, and for serious treatment we recommend it. We arrange accommodation for the person travelling with you.
